TMX USER CHOICE AWARDS 2021
15th of January - 31st of January

Welcome to the first edition of the TMXUCA, the TrackManiaExchange User Choice Awards. This is an opportunity to look back at all of the great noteworthy people and creations over the past year.

This year, we will be running awards for TrackManiaExchange, ManiaExchange, and ItemExchange. Each with their own list of categories.

There will be 4 types of categories:

Creators of the year: For the users who made incredible things in 2021.

Creations of the year: For the variety of amazing things made in 2021.

TMX Users: For the outstanding people in the community, whether found on the site or on our discord.

Statistics Awards: For achievements that can be calculated with statistics, rather than votes.

This year's awards will be run in two phases:

Nomination phase: Suggest users/creations that you believe deserve the award. (January 15-22)

Voting phase: Nominations will be tallied up and checked for eligibility and the top choices will be put to a vote. (January 24-31)

How to nominate:

Log into TMNews using your TMX account.

Click the TMX UCA Nomination Phase button found in the TMNews article for the awards.

Fill out as many categories as you like, with up to 3 choices in each.

Submit your nominations by clicking the "Vote" button for each category.

No dirt or offroad builder included, but ice builder is? Maybe those are part of tech then.

In past games, dirt and offroad were kind of their own thing as the blockset made the driving quite unique.

In TM2020, the dirt blockset (especially the addition of platform dirt) has allowed it to open up to be used in every other trackstyle, which is why we didn't include it as a unique style for these awards.

I hope people will then understand that tech means technical and includes technical maps on all surfaces, not just drifting
