Added rule: Rules Only one map per stage per mapper. Duo mapping is allowed but the two mappers if they win cannot participate in other route stages Updating your map after deadline isn't allowed Royal editor is not allowed

Added rule: Simple editor is allowed for at least Stage 1 (and possibly more if a Simple editor part happened to win Stage 1)
