[FIXED] Map loading times

Does anyone know why my game starts to freeze like 15 minutes until I can finally open the map I want to edit or to build? :thinking:

Im struggling with this since mid October and it's quite frustrating when you have an idea but can't really start to map.

You maybe need to delete some temp files. If you have a lot of autosaves, maps in your files maybe try to compress them if u dont use it anymore etc etc.

Other choice, have u try to choose in your "interface" fast load of the mapping editor?

Well I don’t really have that much autosaves. I’d say it’s <100
I usually open over normal map editor interface. What do you mean by „fast load“
I also have quite a big items folder but I don’t think that this is the reason because before the updates it worked perfectly fine and maps lodes within few seconds.

Ok I tried that but it didn't worked better at all.
I now deleted my most of my Items order and it was in fact somehow the reason for it.
Seems like I now have to sort the important Items out prior to start mapping

This issue was fixed in January 2022
