Some downloaded items are made in Blender, so they can't be edited in-game with Mesh Modeler.

Go to your map's page. There should be a button labelled "Update Map File". That'll let you upload the new map file.
If you're still seeing "This track already exists", then your file might be caught partway in the upload process. I believe there...

A map needs to compute the lighting before it's fully valid. If you try and save your map after it's been validated, you should get a prompt to compute the lightmaps. If not, you can always compute them at any time by clicking on the Light Settings b...

I had downloaded items that I would have enlarged to recreate a Micro Machines look to my circuit, but I'm going to do it differently!

I cant upload my map it says in red text this: You must compute lightmaps before uploading this map. I have no idea what does it mean but it needs to be fixed fastest as possible.

Haven't done it myself, but when you have an item in Mesh Modeler you can see the layers of an item in the blue box on the left. You just need to add a new Scale layer, though I would just scale the base geometry.
