If they're here on TMX, someone on PC needs to upload them to the Nadeo cloud first. They can do that by pressing the cloud icon in-game on the track thumbnail.

Yes, there were some issues with Ubisoft auth over that weekend. It should be good now.

You don't need to upload a screenshot with your track. But if you want to, make sure you compress it to something like jpg and save it at a resolution and compression size to be under 500 KBs.
