Hello!

I am unable to connect my Trackmania Exchange account with my Ubisoft Connect account.

I just made a 5 Euro donation to Trackmania Exchange and I would really appreciate help in fixing or resetting my account please.

Steps of what happened:

- I purchased Trackmania Club Edition (1-year access) on my XBox One Console.

- I then made a Trackmania Exchange Account on Firefox with many plugins.

- I tried to link my Ubisoft Account to Trackmania Exchange using Firefox with many plugins. A pop-up of permissions-access request appears, and I grant all permissions to access account using Firefox with many plugins.

- When I click on 'Linked Accounts' (image below) I received the Error ID: 00000000000000000000 (image below)

- I also try to link it on Google Chrome, and I also receive the same error message.

- I receive this error id on both Firefox with many plugins and Google Chrome without any plugins.

Consequence: I am unable to play custom maps on my PC or XBox One console.


Please help me reset my connection so I can try to connect my accounts again on Google Chrome that has zero plugins.


I wish to play custom maps very much, on PC and on my XBox One Console.

try logging in using an Ubisoft account. You might not be able to link it, because you might have registered before after using the login via Ubisoft Connect.

It did not resolve my issue. The same error message appears and my Ubisoft Connect account is not linked to Trackmania Exchange.

Below shows the steps I took to Login to Trackmania Exchange using my Ubisoft Connect account, as you had suggested.

I cleared all browsing data on Google Chrome before doing this too.

1. Login to Trackmania Exchange using Ubisoft Connect information:



2. The Ubisoft Connect login page appears afterwards.



3. Ubisoft Connect's own website, showing that Ubisoft Connect itself does not see Trackmania Exchange linked to my Ubisoft Connect account.



I tried this on Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera, and all three still give the Error ID: 0000000000000000000.

Can you please help me further? Maybe resetting my account, or removing previously linked attempts might help me?

Also, I don't think I ever made a ManiaExchange account.

I have always used 'Login with Ubisoft Connect'.

Maybe this is the issue?

I don't have a username nor password for ManiaExchange login because I never made one.

When I attempt to make a ManiaExchange with my email address, it says 'e-mail already used'.

I cannot even link my Ubisoft Connect account to a brand new Mania Exchange account I made just now, using a brand new email address.
