In the skin editor you can only "paint" the complete rim by default. So that you can also paint individual parts of the rim, I have created the following three templates:

Complete rim without the inner part


Outer ring of the rim


Inner ring of the rim

To use the templates, extract the content of the zip archive and copy the three directories into the following directory:

C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Trackmania\Media\Painter\Vehicles\CarSport\SubObjects\
