how do i get replays on custom maps  
I've been downloading a lot of custom maps and im just wondering how i can get record replays on them so i can race them

You need to click on the cloud icon in the track list in-game. That will upload them to Nadeo's live services. Then you (and others) can drive records on them and they'll show up on your track page here.
