Alter (mtc)

This is my entry for the MTC April 2021, named Alter.

The theme is Mixed Styles, wherein you're meant to build a map with all four main driving surfaces (road/platform, dirt, grass, ice) sharing approximately 25% of the map's length. I had in fact already meant to do something like this for a while, so this was a perfect excuse to finally do it. Besides, I haven't participated in the MTC for years so it was fun to get back into it.

The route is plotted so that you visit each surface at least twice. This way I could build many different kinds of transitions into the map. I held myself from polishing it too much because I think some of them are pretty novel even though I didn't use any custom blocks.

It's probably not a track that you'd hunt because of the unpredicability of some parts but I hope you appreciate it as an experiment and have fun.
