So your question is more about the size u can upload on Item Exchange?

Nadeo put a limit of 2Mo of items PER map.
Item Exchange u can upload sets https://item.mania.exchange/ i dont really know the max size but i see some sets with 12000 KB. When u upload them u need to put them on a zip file (so compress them).

If ur question is about to EDIT an item to make it less bigger u need to take off all the stuff not visible in the bloc rebuild maybe some faces to make them easier to reduce the amount of Ko.

The current limit for embedding items is 4 MBs (easily circumvented with the InfiniteEmbed plugin that comes with OpenPlanet).

And the max filesize for servers for the entire map file is 6 MBs.
