I fjxed dank69 because it got broken by the new ice physics

The only thing that needed to be fixed are some speedchecks at the fullspeed section from cp 42 to 46 and the final jump at cp 69 was also imossible.
Everything else stayed the same, the map is therefore more difficult than the original.
