I looked at a few examples. When multiple maps have the same number of awards, they seem to be sorted by upload date, with the newest map listed first.

Perhaps someone from the OpenPlanet community can create a plugin for that? After all, they made the RMC plugin. Best to ask on OpenPlanet Discord.

Since a few months now, you can also click on the cloud icon in the track list in-game and this will also upload it to Nadeo live services so that records work on the map.

You need to click on the cloud icon in the track list in-game. That will upload them to Nadeo's live services. Then you (and others) can drive records on them and they'll show up on your track page here.

We periodically clear out unlinked replays, so you should be able to try uploading the replay again.
