The block itself its not possible to edit it so reply is no. But you can place a magnetic block in airmode underwater ;)

i find a way to repair my map ... using a lot magnetic stuff to avoid bouning out of the water :/ That doesn't work for me sadly. The moment the magnetic piece is finished it instantly bounces the car above the water. Hoping this gets fixed in tim...

Yeah I think those are mostly valid complaints. What do you think of the idea of creating a map review in the club where the votes specifically mean nothing so all the focus is just on playing tracks?
