You should be able to download online ghosts and put it in your replay folder \Documents\TrackMania\Tracks\Replays and import them into the Media Tracker from there.

Yeah keep resubmitting it. You will need a least 30 to 50 reviewers minimum to have a track TOTD. Even if the map have a really good rating it will not automaticly become TOTD. Nadeo testers play it and choose if yes or no. To give you an exam...
