But if you have slowmo it doesn't reach 34%, it only reaches 19%. Therefore, though you might think that slowmo causes you to spend more time in the water, the minimum wetness caused by driving in water is lowered, which means slowmo can make you less wet. (You can also stack up to four slowmo, where minimum wetness caused is: 0 = 34%, 1 = 19%, 2 = 11%, 3 = 6%, 4 = 4%)
