Mapping ice is often connected to custom blocks and finding a nice flow with a large variety of custom blocks.
I myself have almost only mapped ice with custom blocks, therefore I set myself a challenge to map an ice map in full vanilla while trying to keep it interesting.

It was a fun project that I spent around 4 hours on.
