This map started off as my first attempt to build a competitive map. Originally targeting TAO (Trackmania American Open), I realized I was in a little over my head, and changed my focus to make something for the weekly NAC (North America Cup). This way the map would be under slightly less scrutiny, allowing me to learn what works and what doesn't in a competitive map.

For all you non-North Americans, a Field Goal is a means of scoring points in American Football where a player kicks the (egg-shaped) football between uprights (poles). Hence the ending of this map.
