I remember that the Desert car tilts while cornering at high speed. Now that the car has arrived in Trackmania 2020, I wondered how the reactor boosts would affect it. Here are my findings from this test track:

  • Reactor Boost Up increases tilting.
  • Reactor Boost Down decreases tilting.
  • Super Reactor Boost Down eliminates tilting.
  • Super Reactor Boost Up causes the car to hover. There's no tilting, but steering is very difficult. I ended up building the last turn from high-walled ice (bobsled/bobsleigh) road and adding custom 3D signage before the turn. That last turn and the finish can be unpredictable, so I ended up building an extra-large finish line (with custom 2D signage) in case the car acts extra-wild.
