PlatformE3

My best attempt at a faithful recreation of PlatformE3 from TrackMania Original. The author time is the same as the original (23 respawns too, even Nadeo couldn't do it in one try back in 2005), though that game does not expose that for Platform and Stunts mode tracks. Since the world record on the original is about 2 minutes and my best time is a 2:42.590, that time should be easily achievable.

I have tested every checkpoint with the new desert car and it feels similar enough to the original that I don't see that being a problem.
