Springcap

I went back and forth on uploading this one because I wasn't sure about the transitions and overall feel of the course, but I decided to anyways because I think this is about as far as I'm able to take the track at the moment, and I think it's... fine? I really don't know.

This is a one-minute course kind of mixing the winter themed areas with the grass themed areas, although there's no driving on ice, save a couple of jumps
