Mix between Tech and the new reactor booster + dirt.

Really enjoy the handling of the car when you have the reacter booster pushing down on a dirt surface, and I really like tech maps, so wanted to put those things together.

I'm still have to get better with creating interesting tech layouts I feel, but happy how everything came about.

The new Free Block Mode makes it possible to put pieces in odd angles, so besides the inclined dirt parts and some decorations, I use it to put some rings
