[003] Jumpy

This was made in response to someone saying to me "yeah but it's some weird racing game, why don't you have like jumps and stuff in it?"

So naturally, I added like far too many jumps all over the place to spite them lmao

(Also, some of this map is incredibly slow and unfun to play, so have fun dealing with that...)
