I uploaded a track + image (currently unreleased, URL in screenshot), and the image didn't appear. The image management UI shows no images uploaded, but also tells me the image is already on the server when I try to upload it?

Edit: Just noticed the image was stuck in upload limbo when I tried to upload another track. After deleting it via that dialogue and re-uploading, everything seems fine now. It would be helpful if there were more detail in the image management message--I had no idea that a file could be stuck like that.
