Hi! The short answer is yes.

So, you're on the wrong website for this. This site is for the newest Trackmania, available through Ubisoft Connect.

Your track is from Trackmania Turbo on PS4. And it's from the Canyon environment.

Turbo contains the 4 environments from Trackmania 2, which are built inside the ManiaPlanet platform.

Turbo is basically "ManiaPlanet 3.5", and was released in 2016.

Trackmania 2 got a big update in 2017 with the ManiaPlanet 4 update, and later the ManiaPlanet 4.1 update in 2018.

So basically you could convert your map from Trackmania Turbo to Trackmania 2 Canyon, as the version of Canyon in ManiaPlanet is newer than the one in Turbo.

You'll need to extract the track from the Turbo website.
