Hi. I'm new to Trackmania and I'm playing through the Winter 2022 campaign and I completed map 13 with the great time of 00.33.674 which was a world record (ahead of seemingly second place at 00.38.680). I have a screenshot to prove this. However after returning to the main menu the actual the time was actually 00.42.090.

Is this a common occurence, can anyone shed some light on why or how this happened?

Yes its a beug that happen a lot. You can still report it in "ubisoft forums" but nearly sure that it have been already reported.
