Dirt Ice tech thingy no cut

I felt extremely dumb when I saw the other version of this get cut, with a cut I myself had seen while testing, but somehow managed to forget to test said cut with double respawn (which ofc turned out to be op). So, since the issue is totally on me being dumb I've decided to simply upload this fixed version. I don't wanna be the guy deleting people's times by updating the map, so I'll just post this one and maybe hide the other one eventually. I wish I could name this one exactly the same as the other but that would be kinda confusing so ig it stays like this.
