Skips, Dips, and Slips! (mtc)

This track was created for the July 2020 MTC (monthly track contest). The presented theme, "summer vibes", specified that the car should be completely submerged at least three times, and required at least two turns to be done with wet tires. I decided to make this a shorty, and concentrate entirely on the theme and comp conditions. It was originally closer to the 25 second minimum limit, but I made it a bit more friendly and fun.

Driving the track is kind of different, and will involve a bit of learning. Also, exiting the water as the down-boost wears off does some weird things and will occasionally yeet you much farther than expected--how or if you make use of this is up to you...
