What a weird map name, huh? Well, let me tell you a thing or two about how this one came into existence:
Right after I received such great feedback for my first map, I wanted to go further in the 2020 editor and build something more... extravagant. My very first idea was to create a full-speed rollercoaster with huge 180-degree wallrides supported by reactor-boosts to not lose grip.
I soon realized that what I wanted to build would not be possible without extending the Stadium's height limit, but before logging off and figuring out how to mod my editor accordingly, I experimented with alternative routes which would still include wall-rides and reactor-boosts, but stay within bounds. I continued building this map and soon benched the original idea to develope this map further into what I would now consider a technically rather advanced obstacle map.
Maybe the most important step for this map was the inclusion of ice parts, which I did not plan on adding to the map at any point before just randomly trying out stuff. I noticed that sliding from ice elements into the wall-rides felt rather nice, so I kept the idea and it became a staple of this map's identity in the end.
The 3D text saying "GPS" was a 15 minutes experiment which worked surprisingly better than expected, but if you look closely, it is implemented rather sloppily. Maybe I will do more with 3D text in the future, but for this map, I am perfectly happy with what I got.
Maybe at last, I should talk about the map's name. The truth is: I am pretty bad at naming maps, so I mostly choose what idiotic cringey joke comes to my mind first and then stick to it. This time, it is the call to subscribe to rioluTM on Twitch.Tv, and I honestly can only hope that I do not break any rules of TrackManiaExchange by naming my map like this.
The name has otherwise no connection to the map and its content whatsoever.
