This is my entry for the TMWT Identity Competition in November 2022 hosted on Spam's Twitch channel.

I couldn't watch the competition itself live, but seeing the tournament tree afterwards made me watch the whole VOD of it, and let me tell you I was blown away by the very positive community response!

This identity was thrown together in about an hour maybe, but ran through several different versions, until this one stuck.
To come up with this idea, my leading principle was that I wanted to build something which followed the basic "risk vs. reward" tradeoff, hence the fragile block. Would players dare take more speed over the bumps, risking air time and potentially a broken car, or would they hope for others to make a mistake and themselves take it more slowly, but securely? I wanted to see players push it to the limit, ever in danger of going beyond and failing. The fragile block also keeps players from jumping from one "hilltop" to another.

This identity is essentially easy, everyone can get through, the question of course is, how fast you are able to. As such I thought it might be a good idea for the TMWT, but I didn't know whether the community felt the same.

Well, apparently you guys do, and the hype surrounding this one during the competition blew me away, given that it looked rather tame in comparison to other entries.

That's why I wanted to thank everyone who voted in favor of my map during the competition. I always wanted to contribute something to TM esports, or just the game in general, so having my identity be featured in an official map really does mean a lot to me.

If there will be another identity contest in the future, I will make sure to hand in other ideas of mine.
