1st - 4500 NOK ≈ $430
2nd - 2000 NOK ≈ $190

Information
Registration opens March 13th at 23:59 CEST and will stay open until March 31st 23:59 CEST. You can only deliver one map.

You must be at least 16 years of age to participate. There are no region lock on this tournament and you can participate from anywhere in the world, but if you want to collect the trophy and diploma you need to attend the event The Gathering (5th april - 9th april), visit the website for tickets if you want to come at our LAN event.

The top 3 maps to win will be used in the Trackmania tournament at The Gathering, read more about it here.
WARNING: You will not be able to play if you win in the mapping tournament.

Requirements for the map

• Time: 40-60 secounds map (WR time)
  
• Style: Competitive mixed
  
• Mood: Free to choose
  
• Difficulty: Intermediate. Respawnable.
  
• Theme: GAIA (Read more about it below)
  

Theme

Here you can find detailed information about the theme and images / concepts

You theme the map however you want, but the event itself has a theme called GAIA where two factions are fighting each other, Biotech (earthy organic garden mixed with space) and Starlight Brigade (high-tech space station look) and glowing crystals glowing in all colours.

Following the theme will gain you a better chance of winning the mapping competition, so take this into consideration when working on the theme.
