GPS and The Chase sequence:



Hey guys!

Welcome to The Chase 2, the sequel of The Chase (who wouldve guessed)

Back again with another track, and as last time I collaborated with   Famazo.
He helped me with the route and created two(!) CarSkins specifically for this map. One is a policecar and the other skin is the car of the inmate, both of which will take part in a chase through the whole map! Also this time the chase sequence is a bit bigger with more cars involved than last time so make sure you check it out!

As always, here are few fun facts about the map:

  • For this project about 35 hours of work went into the creation of the map and the skins.
    Around 15 hours of work for the route and scenery, 10 hours of testing and rendering, 5 hours for the mediatracker and another 5 hours for the skins.
  • 25k blocks
  • platform-dirt only
  • There is an escape sequence of an inmate who is fleeing the prison (at the start behind the barrels)
  • There is a challenge for this map. Watch the sequence until the end to find out more!
  • GPS available, everything respawnable
  • runs very smooth on every hardware
  • has an underlying sheep storyline
  • Bryce Canyon is an inspiration for the map-theme
  • so far no cuts found!
